Using Spiritual Healing (Energy Healing / Metaphysical Healing / Prayer) to help others:
Spiritual healing affirmations can be used to help others that you would like to assist with their spiritual healing. As you are meditating in the Celestial Sanctum repeat the following statement either aloud or in silence:
I humbly ask the Cosmic to send healing energy through me to [name of recipient(s)], awakening the healing centers in their body and restoring them to perfect health.
You can replace the word ‘Cosmic’ with whatever word works better for you (e.g. God, Universe, Creator, Divine Source, etc.). As you repeat this spiritual healing affirmation you may begin to notice a flow of energy coming into your body and flowing out towards the person you are trying to help. You can either continue to repeat the statement or you can just dwell in silence as the energy passes through you. Continue in this way for as long as you feel comfortable. This spiritual healing energy comes from a divine source and is being directed towards the person you are thinking about through your focussed intention.
